Yes, that's the one. They had a dramatic re-opening after the first closure by the tax department and brought in new management. Alas, the tax department and utility companies found yet more, even older bills. They negotiated a payment plan and re-opened, only to have the guy they negotiated with leave his job and the new guy demanded the entire back payment in one lump sum.
They also had a problem with the utility company, which cut off their power a few weeks ago, leaving them running on a generator.
The part I really feel bad about: The money used to start the shop came from the ex-wife while they were still married. I'd be pretty pissed.
