Still procrastinating
McCain continues to sink in the polls:

It is encouraging, but at the same time I don't want to get too hopeful. I remember 2004, where the election was supposedly going to be close and then the map was awash in a sea of red.
I am also very disturbed by the way people are screaming epithets against Obama at the McCain rallies. One of my kids is perfectly content not to be old enough to vote because she predicts that Obama will be assassinated. The Secret Service must be doing a great job, what with Bush being president and all, but the kind of hate that some people have for Obama is a little dumbfounding.
